Offered by Camosun College. Offers short-term, individual and group counselling to all registered students. Services are free, voluntary and confidential, and available in-person, video or by phone appointment. Common concerns addressed through counselling include depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, cultural transitions, and substance use issues.
