By accessing or using FindTreatment.ca (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Not Medical Advice
The Site is an informational directory. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing on the Site creates a provider–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified health professional about your situation. If you are in crisis, call 911, or call or text 9-8-8(Canada's Suicide Crisis Helpline) — do not rely on this Site in an emergency.
3. Directory Information & Accuracy
Listing information (including names, addresses, phone numbers, services, hours, ratings, and reviews) is compiled from public sources, government open-data programs, third-party platforms, and the facilities themselves. We do not independently verify every detail, do not endorse any listed facility, and make no representation that any facility is licensed, certified, accredited, or suitable for your needs. Information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Verify all details — including licensing and costs — directly with the facility before making any decision.
4. Advertising, Sponsored Listings & Affiliate Links
The Site may display advertising, and facilities may pay for enhanced placement (e.g. "Verified" or "Featured" listings). Paid placement is a marketing arrangement and never a clinical endorsement. Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you sign up for a third-party service through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Sponsored content and affiliate links are identified as such where they appear.
5. Third-Party Websites
The Site links to third-party websites (facility sites, government resources, review platforms, service providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping at scale without permission, attempting to disrupt or overload the Site, misrepresenting a facility you do not represent, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site's original content, design, and compilation are owned by FindTreatment.ca or its licensors. Portions of the directory contain information licensed under the Open Government Licences of British Columbia, Ontario, and Canada; attribution appears on the relevant pages.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindTreatment.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information in it, including decisions about treatment or dealings with any listed facility.
9. Claiming or Correcting a Listing
If you represent a facility and want to correct, update, or remove your listing, contact us at [email protected]. We review such requests promptly.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
