Also offers counselling to families, caregivers, and support persons worried about a youth's use of alcohol or other drugs. A range of services are offered including individual and family counselling, outreach services, individualized planning, substance use education and information, withdrawal management, and supported residential services.

Services are provided in a variety of settings including community clinics, hospitals, specialized settings, and on an outreach basis. Services include confidential intake assessment, help with connecting to services such as counselling, short-term assessment and treatment, withdrawal management, and harm reduction services, and referrals to other community services. Some locations offer same-day intake assessment by walk-in or phone-in appointments.

Offered by Shoppers Drug Mart. Provides pharmacy services for individuals to obtain, understand and manage their prescriptions. Treatment for opioid use disorder is available, as well as training in overdose recognition and response, and free naloxone kits to people who are eligible.
