We're a team of Registered Physiotherapists and Dietitians in Victoria, BC, who provide a mix of hands-on techniques, exercise therapy, and education/guidance to help elevate your recovery. Our main focus is to better understand you as a human, so we can best identify the probable cause(s) of your pain and create a recovery program utilizing your likes, goals, and life plans.
