Intensive Case Management Team
5544 Sunshine Coast Highway, Sechelt, BC
Offered by Vancouver Coastal Health. Provides community-based team care for individuals with moderate to severe substance use problems, concurrent disorders and or mental health illness, and who have many complex needs related to community living, including housing and income. The program also includes a specialized team who work with marginalized women who are not connected to health services and have multiple barriers accessing services.
Mental Health and Substance Use Services

Offers a range of mental health and substance use services to support individuals and families in the Vancouver Coastal Health region. Services are provided in a variety of settings including community clinics, hospitals, residential settings, and on an outreach basis. Call for intake and information. Services include short-term assessment and treatment, counselling, psychiatric services, and substance use prevention and treatment programs.
