Services include access to mental health and substance use counselling, physical and sexual health care, peer support and social services. A doctor or nurse can be consulted for health conditions, illness, injury, prescriptions or sexual health. The centres provide a safe and youth-friendly space to make it easier for young people and their families to find the care, connection and support they need.
