Provides outpatient counselling to Aboriginal people of the North Okanagan area who are seeking help or information regarding their own, or someone else's, alcohol and drug misuse and their harmful effects. Services are culturally appropriate and include individual, family and group counselling, assessment, outreach services, cultural workshops and ceremonies, aftercare, and referrals to community services.

After graduating Bill's Place, individuals can access the second-stage recovery program at Haven Place.
