OCD Wellness is passionate and dedicated to bridging the gap in services to support individuals and families through their OCD journey. We strive to create a safe space for individuals to discover their strength and resilience, through well-informed, hands-on, and accountable care. OCD Wellness was founded on the principle of supporting individuals and families in regaining their life and learning how to live well with OCD, using an evidence-based, gold-standard approach. We ensure individuals are provided with an empathetic, educational, and empowering environment, met with integrity and respect. OCD Wellness specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. We also offer Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) for OCD. However, we recognize OCD doesn't always travel on its own. Therefore, we also provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
