Offered by Island Health. Provides emergency response to drug overdose victims. The sites allow people to use illicit drugs while monitored by trained professionals equipped with naloxone, which reverses the effects of opioid overdoses. Fentanyl test strips are available. Some locations may also function as substance use referral and community resource centres.
