Offered by Vancouver Coastal Health. Provides emergency response to drug overdose victims. The sites allow people to use illicit drugs while monitored by teams of trained staff equipped with naloxone, which reverses the effects of opioid overdoses. Fentanyl test strips are available. Some locations also offer counselling and substance use referral, health education and outreach services.
