Offered by Vancouver Coastal Health. Offers support to individuals experiencing both a mental illness and substance use issue, to stabilize their health and establish a path toward long-term improvements in functioning. Services include weekly treatment groups, referrals to residential treatment facilities, outpatient withdrawal management and support, individual therapy, family and caregiver support group, and medication assisted treatments.

Outreach workers meet with youth in schools, in the community and one-on-one. Support includes individual and family support, drug and alcohol prevention awareness, advocacy, and referrals to other agencies and community services.

Offered by Vancouver Coastal Health. Offers free, anonymous drug checking services so people can reduce the risk of an overdose by checking what is in their substances that may be harmful. Substances can be checked at all overdose prevention and supervised consumption sites.
