About
Offered by Golden Family Center Society. Offers counselling and support services for families, couples and individuals who are dealing with the impact of substance abuse or addictions in their life. Program includes counselling for youth dealing with their own or someone else's addiction or substance misuse. Counsellors work to identify issues and concerns, strengths and resources, and will help develop a plan of change that supports the recovery process. When necessary, referrals are made to detox facilities or to residential treatment centres.
