Adults attend group sessions with topics that may include communication, self-esteem, gambling, nutrition, and anger management. Daycare is provided for infants and younger children, and a K-12 school program is run for children and youth. Each family is provided their own living unit.

Provides a variety of services to support First Nations Women within childbearing years in making healthier lifestyle choices and to decrease the number of alcohol and or drug exposed births. Support is also available for those with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and their families. The program includes lifestyle education and counselling, prenatal classes, in-home support, client assessment and case management, peer support, harm reduction services, and referrals to community services as needed.
