My wife had a great experience at this clinic. Nurse Giselle and Nurse Ella were very polite, kind, and accommodating. They made her feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout her visit. Excellent service overall—highly recommended!

Rashida and Violet have helped me big time. Everyone was genuinely nice and polite. Im from Ukraine and blessed to be able to live in work in Canada, and I find this country amazing, but the costs of dental services have made for some truly nightmarish periods of my life here since day one. If it wasn’t for this place i probably would have very few teeth left cause removing teeth is the only thing I can afford at this point. Now I understand this is Christmas Eve, but their hours Were specifically edited For Christmas Eve. And I’ve been here since nine in the morning and it’s 11 Right now and no one is responding. I don’t know anything about the operation of the place so I don’t wanna give a bad review But please be accurate about the timings. A person should be standing outside waiting for two hours in the month of December.

The person that answers the phone is always rude and not polite and when you ask her information she always seems clueless and not sure what is going on, i mean can we get people that speak and understand english to be the receptionist. I get you all are volunteers but that mean you have compassion ? because if you do not volunteer at all
