CBI Health Centre

I had 2 large herniated discs (L4-L5, L5-S1). My insurance sent me to CBI (Yonge & Eglinton location) and I was treated by David & Aila. They were very thorough with the treatment and really helped me to get back on my feet. On some days, I was at the clinic working with Aila for more than 2 hours! I can't stress how much the treatments really made a difference for me. The facility is super clean and well maintained. Ryan who works at the front desk is super duper friendly and very easy to talk

Everyone here makes you feel welcome and are so kind and helpful! Aparna was wonderful to work with and took great care in making sure I understood the process well; by the time my treatment was done I left more knowledgeable about my injury and how to prevent it from happening again, and guidance on next steps to continue improving myself now that I'm becoming more capable. Went to CBI for lower back pain from spinal compression and saw Aparna Nair, one of the physios at CBI who walked me through a number of exercises over the following weeks to help avoid future back strain and stress which worked very well. She was excellent at prescribing the exercises, using cupping to remove tensions to my legs (pulling on my back) and explaining why she was prescribing this course of treatment.

Really good experience here. I went for a soccer ankle injury and the staff were super nice and actually cared about helping me get better. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made a plan that fit my recovery. The exercises really helped my ankle improve and get stronger over time. The clinic is clean and organized, and appointments were always on time. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with an injury.

The team of specialists at CBI has been nothing short of amazing, compassionate and truly helpful. They are knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of physiotherapy and / or other services. My experience with them has been very positive and uplifting.
