If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is grossly mismanaged, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. The treatment I received in Ottawa after my car accident was appalling from start to finish. We can never get through on the phone without having to wait a minimum of 2 hours up to 5 hours to speak to an agent. This is unexpectable for a business of any kind whether through a government funded program or not.

The managers and coordinators pretend they don't know that their employees don't stay the full allotted time and the supervisors are highly argumentative. We live on Royal York and the individuals sent to look after my elderly family member are often rough,late or in a rush. The PSW'S often leave in such a rush that they job is hastily done in 15-20 mins and not the allotted time with fecal matter often left behind on the body, bedding etc. Some of the psws are good and kind but a vast majorit

The PSW'S are always late , cancel without notice and the call centre staff are extremely rude. They'll also take advantage of that fact that you pay for an hour but they rush out within 10-15 minutes and leave a mess. They have VERY FEW good PSW's - those PSW's should go to a better agency. When you request to speak to a supervisor- you're told you're not allowed to, and there is ZERO accountability. This agency fraudulently charges the government for services they don't actually provide by lea

If I could I’d give a zero star. CBI health purchased a clinic in my home city, laid off long time workers because they were none vaxxed and since then service has gone to the toilet bowl, you can’t get new evaluations because of the lack of employees and all the employees just complain about corporate. I guess when your 600 kilometres away and all you care is about is CASH $$$ and your living in your IVORY TOWER.
