A great first experience with therapy, just concluded almost a year of weekly appointments and felt it was time to tke a break. Did individual DBT and Skills Group, my therapist and the group therapists (and everyone in this clinic!) were outstanding. Thank-you for being so supportive!

Amazing clinic and therapy. Had two therapists (individual and group) that were both so significant for me and for my health. I owe them a lot, they have always been in my corner and I'm very grateful. I've recommended the Centre for MindBody Health to many friends, the two Directors are also exceptional and very involved in everyone's training.

If i could give this company a zero star rating i would. There therapists listed on there website of the time of writing this do not have the qualifications as specified. They are listing people as "registered social workers/psychotherapists" These people ARE NOT registered psychotherapists. I found out after my initial meeting with the care coordinator that the therapist they assigned was in fact just a social worker. While i understand social workers can do psychotherapy work, we shouldn't be
