Community Older Persons

The programming here is overall very strong and well-organized. However, I’ve consistently experienced some interactions with staff that feel curt and dismissive. I’ve heard similar feedback from others, particularly regarding the special events volunteer coordinator and the child and youth program coordinator. It’s disappointing, as these are roles that involve regular interaction with participants, and a more welcoming approach would make a meaningful difference.

I love this community centre, I've volunteered there a few times. And I received help for xmas as well. The staff there are absolutely amazing, and have huge hearts with every person they help out. Thank you community centre 55 for making my life easier during the holidays 🥰😍
