I was assaulted here and got a concussion after falling and hitting the back of my head on the edge of a table. This treatment center was the best 35 days of my life. I was taught how to take care of my mental health in ways I didn't know were possible. All of the counsellors took everyones issues 100% seriously 24/7, literally. You are in constant care from people who truly care, rain or shine, day or night, they maintain professional and sincere. I learnt a lot from many counsellors and got the help I needed. I treated Denovo like a buffet and took what I needed and left the rest behind. I got great help from many counsellors, four in particular…the only name of them I remember is Sarah, but they all helped me a lot.

Just spoke to a lady on the phone now and the call ended with her hanging up on me. I sadly called to find out about space capacity bc my partner has been waiting months to get in and she didn’t provide an answer. Hanging up after talking about the patient self harming and trying to know space capacity is a horrible way of conducting your job. Real shame and frankly scary that vulnerable people are within your care.

They claim they can facilitate diabetic patients they can't, was discharged on medical condition given three minutes to pack and left at a variety store. I had to wait one day for a bus (covid had busses run-in at min capacity ) notice high turn around for employees. Westover runs an incredible 19 day program government funded.
