My visit here fell below expectations. That said, after I left a review, the owner promptly reached out, expressed empathy, and issued a refund along with an offer to help me find a different therapist. Feedback can go in many directions, and while my experience wasn’t ideal, I do appreciate the owner’s commitment to mental health and willingness to take accountability. Talm might still be a good fit for you, it wasn’t right for me.
