Integra Health Centre - Commerce Court

This clinic deserves a zero star but I can only give one star as a minimum. I booked an appointment on Mar 28 at noon at the Commerce Court location. Location is closed when I got there. I then went to the other location and staff advised there’s a power outage so the location is closed. They tried to say that they called me but I didn’t pick up. I checked and I didn’t receive any phone call. No apology from staff as well. No more visit to this clinic.

I wanna start of by saying I reported Dr Anjori Pasricha to the CPSO due to my experience at this clinic. I know lots of people post one stars just to spite their doc or something, but this was a legit case of malpractice and a disgusting presentation of retaliatory behaviours from someone who is supposed to be a doctor . If you have an alternative option for a doctor - go there instead. First of all, I got the runaround - making an IUD insertion appointment 3 times because I kept showing up f

The prescription Dr Stratton gave me has been working very well and the walk-in appointment booking was smooth. They were on time and it’s much better than sitting in a classic walk-in clinic for 2 hours.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Fahad Alam. He dissolved my under eye fillers from 5yrs ago and my results look fantastic. I highly recommend seeing him, (even if just for a consultation) if you are considering the same.

some judgmental doctors. clinic is strict and wont allow you to reschedule without charging you a fee if you dont want to book with the doctor again. for a clinic that only seems to staff temporary doctors, please work on a system where patients can reflect whether or not they want to continue to meet certain staff. some very inexperienced individuals working here
