My name is Amanda and I had amazing time here wish I could of stay longer it was my first time every going into a rehab place and honstly I would go back. I really miss this place thank you to all the staff and the new friends I met. Sept 2024 was amazing month for me to start happy I did ...I did a lot of arts and crafts in my spare time. Thank you I hope to be back one day.

I honestly can’t thank the Jean Tweed Centre enough for their Moms and Kids Too program. It’s one of the only programs out there that allows mothers in recovery to stay with their young children while receiving the support they need. For seven weeks, we were given a space that made healing feel possible—where recovery, parenting, and connection came together in such a powerful way. The staff created a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where I could truly focus on my recovery,

Went to the Cumberland house in May/June and am still sober today . If you want recovery this is the place to go. I am still working with them and I absolutely love the staff and everything ! Gob bless them all. You have to be willing to do the work, and if you do it’s life saving for me anyways !

Uninformed and ignorant staff. House staff was great. Most counselors had no clue what they were actually talking about. Had no life experience to relate to the content. Nothing was related to addiction. Sharing was not encouraged and made addiction seem shameful. Certain "counselors " only liked to hear the sound of their own voice and deferred questions and content to handouts instead of explaining. Workshops were read of a piece off paper. There was no room for learning and exploring. Time w
