I'm really upset with the lack of professionalism from Maleha. She cancelled the appointment once on Tuesday and showed up late today for the appointment, blaming the system safari and chrome, for an online appointment. When I pointed it out to her she kept nodding her head with no sign of real accountability. It felt like she had no real accountability for her behaviour. She kept nodding her head after me pointing it out saying, "my apologies" It was almost like she was trying to pacify a chil

Sana Chaudhry is a wonderful counsellor with a wealth of experience on culturally responsive counselling. She is so engaging, thoughtful, and generous with her time. She is deeply knowledgeable about the needs and best practices in helping a wide variety of clients with intersecting cultural identities. I highly recommend her and her practice for clients looking for a culturally sensitive approach and counsellors who want to work within a rich and inclusive work environment.

The customer service and the therapeutic support that the clinic has provided made feel comfortable and supported through my journey of recovery. They really took the time to provide the support I needed. You won't be disappointed choosing lifecyle counselling as your first choice of mental health support.

I found Sana completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, nor will I be coming back. He was verbally abusive to say the least.
