Loft Community Services

I’ve been using loft services for years but just recently visited this hub for the first time and had a great experience! I came here for a group activity and had a relaxing and social time with everyone there! The space itself is super cozy. There is a very nice view from the third floor which you can look out from the comfort of the couch. There’s Ample seating and great facilities like a functional kitchen for cooking meals and a spotless washroom with all the supplies you need!

Lack of staff, the case workers not having trainig in how to interact with the clients. Lack of followed up on the issues with the clients. More focused on the food bank reader on the clients. I was told by Kemi that the life of clients " are in the hands of Jesus Crist" they are only 2 people's in the office to serve 35 clients. Not acceptable!!!!!

I was roughing it over at this public park jus chilling out night over night...when these amazing people showed up and scored me a bed in the innnner city...i mean, Their services checked all the boxes...from fam doc, to psychotherapy, to all the things you need to survive in da city... with no monies.

LOFT is a beautiful and amazing service ❤️! I want to send my special thanks to Brittney and Yassi who helped my mom and I with taking care of us and my dad who was in the hospital. Their guidance and consoling during this time is greatly appreciated!
