My hospital of choice. Patient care quality varies.I am involved with Geriatric Program,ECT Clinic, Nicotine dependence clinicand Emergency.These clinics are amazing and they care for you. However the same can not be said of Inpatient Floors. I have been in various floors. My worst experience was with Geriatric Inpatient Programs both Floor A and B.

Bizarre clinicians. Went there for rTMS for depression, and it didn't work, so they called me schizo. Went again a few years later for ECT for persistent depression after years of other treatment and they denied me that for some reason. Go to another hospital in the province, another province, or abroad. I don't think they're very comfortable with new patients.

The receptionist is the most horrible person I’ve ever met makes me want to give up everything except cigarettes! She better be fired immediately! I’m not going there for any more nicotine replacement because of that evil woman!!! And the doctors are so stupid they don’t tell me at all to remove the patch at night that why I have the most horrible nightmares and also on top of everything and very judgmental and hateful people!

No judgement by staff or other's and they are very encouraging helping you to work on the addiction and why it started in the beginning. There are people who smoke 25 cigarettes a day, or like me it depends on my emotions and mood. Easy ways to explain each cigarette and the hope that with effort of just showing up the benefits can be felt immediately no mater who you are. There are seniors, young adults and adults.
