I highy recommend NuVista Mental Health Toronto for anyone looking for quality psychotherapy. First off, for privacy reason I must only have in-person sessions. Not all therapists here do in-person, so make sure you specify if you want in-person or virtual. Also, some therapists here are only available with limited hours so if you require a therapist with more hours make sure you inquire which therapists have hours that suit your schedule.
