Reconnect Health Services

The case management services are disorganized and very much lacking. I had one case worker who just didn't come to visit me. My second case worker cancelled all her appointments and stopped responding, so did her manager. I've only had four appointments in the last 8 months, and the meetings were supposed to be weekly. If you're considering using reconnect, consider another agency who will give you the client care you deserve.

This organization is trying to work in a way that I don't think many people understand. Working with people experiencing mental health issues is very very difficult. They also offer seniors programming as well. Critics are never satisfied or dealing with their own challenges and the sorts of issues they have to deal with each day can be taxing. I am grateful organizations like this one exist in our community.

I just started using the services. The receptionist is always friendly & smiling.The Spanish, Arts, & Talk therapy facilitators are all I've had the chance to visit. I'm satisfied with their services. The food services messengers always greet me as they pass by in the hallways.
