Beautiful interior with staff not qualified to give any helpful advice. Very close minded one size fit all approach. Spoke with an elder lady today who was a bottleneck. She was extremely close minded, wouldn't understand my concerns despite me repeating number of times. The fact that these type of people work at addiction centers will actually deter people from getting help. No flexible or whatsoever. All or nothing approach. Harm reduction is seen as useless.
