Separate Simply

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been a customer of, and I have been with several different shoppers locations. Staff are fast friendly and helpful. My medication is almost always filled earlier then the estimated times, and when I had issues with insurance the staff worked very hard to fix it. Amazing pharmacy, even if I move I will likely keep coming here.

Poor customer service and made to feel unwelcome by the lead pharmacist. I needed a B12 shot to be administered and I was happy to pay the fee. I was made to feel like I was asking for something out of the ordinary where other doctors and pharmacists have always been comfortable with this request. It would have been much easier if they had just said “no we don’t feel comfortable administering B12 shots” or something to that effect. Very unhelpful. Went for a flu shot. The place was empty. Was told they accept walk-ins only on weekdays. Appointments only on weekends. She wouldn’t help book an appointment. There was one available but expired before I could enter all information required. Obviously could have taken me but chose to discourage me from getting protected. Seems to be contradictory to all advertising done by Shoppers Drug Mart. I give a very sarcastic Thank you for all of your help. No need for me to call. Please

Grateful for Paul and Nishi! Ten minutes before they closed last night, I walked in with my daughter who was suffering from an ear infection. As a first time customer, Paul and Nishi saw the need and were willing to fill the three prescriptions. Thank you for this great service and care. My daughter is feeling better today after two doses.

Pharmacist Syed was extremely rude on Sunday, and could certainly use some additional training. We booked a vaccine online that they didn't have on hand. He made it seem like it was our fault for not calling to confirm ahead of time, but we had received multiple email confirmations. Terrible interpersonal skills, I won't go back on a weekend or deal with him again.
