She really advocate for me when I got denied ODSP. Karina wrote amazing letter and got doctor to write one for me. But karinas letter was better than doctors and I believe that’s why I got approved. So sad. As mentioned by the previous commenter, this was once such a great organization. Now, all the previous great staff have left, all replaced by new staff like Corina, Sebin, Dee, and Leah who punch in their timecards, just mail in their work, then punch out every day, with no real care and concern for the clients. I am a client of sound times(st) almost a year now. I see some negative reviews from their experience. I will tell you mine. Nothing but help and care. I may have mental health problems but st are aware of that and patient with me. I am glad that I was able to find them. This is how I got my ODSP. Through doctor. Down side is that st don't have permanent case manager. But that is a minor issue.
