I told the lead Psychologist (Dr. Gray) at the time I had ADHD, and that I was struggling because the medication wore off early. She dismissed this concern and immediately jumped to saying I should put in "more effort". I had an assessment here but the final report has been delayed far beyond what is reasonable. I contacted the clinic multiple times by phone and email, but staff did not provide updates or take responsibility. They acted as if nothing was wrong and gave no solution. This lack of communication and accountability is very unprofessional, especially when clients rely on timely reports for important needs.
