This agency was a complete waste of time. Wazma do not reply to emails and show no interest in helping candidates. I asked to close my file but she still need another approval. The lack of communication and cooperation is extremely frustrating. I regret trusting them and would not recommend their services. Don't trust them .

Extremely poor service. Lack of responsibility, no communication, and zero effort from the staff. Emails and calls are ignored, employees are often unavailable, and basic services are not provided. Overall, a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.👎👎👎

Shady business. They can open a file under your name and claim any amount they want to the government, under the guise of “educating the youth” please be especially wary of the counsellor rudolf dsouza, will ghost you and super Unreliable. This is deeper than it looks, you’re file being open means you CANNOT apply for any other govt funded programs or education grants, etc. This is completely disables you from advancing forward even if you’re already done with the program.

Great to meet the professionals- in this centre. Their Workshops are wonderful as they Connect with many professionals-from all levels of éducation and expérience. Hoping they are growing Federal, provincial goals.

Only if could leave a zero. They are unprofessional staff & not helpful if you are seeking work. They might hang up on you or ignore your calls lol Better chances if you are a newcomer or woman.
