Spoke to someone called Nicola/Michelle. She was very rude. Lied that I called her three times, previously. I’ve never called a shelter before then, it was actually my first time. I had a traumatic experience and ran away from home. This Shelter gave me the rest and support I needed. Nicola is so loving and caring. Her commitment is amazing. The director Bobbie made Christmas dinner for all the Residents herself. Every dish was excellent. I was lucky to be there for Christmas. All the Residents were given many gifts and brand new beautiful cozy pyjamas. They put a smile on all our faces.

I can see why Misha works there. I can also see why she wouldn't be successful working anywhere else. I also feel the same about the other lady.. homeless shelter workers are almost always worse than the people that stay there.
