Got my new born's hearing test done here. Honestly, I was so scared reading the reviews of this place but my experience turned out to be completely different. The lady at the main reception was so warm and Sarah, the doc who did the hearing test was so nice, accommodating, polite, helpful and most importantly patient with our baby girl. This place should be shut down. I will be calling ministry of health. First of all people that call they lie about their names and their position in the company. Additionally when you arrive to their location they give you attitude. People that check babies ears are simply hate their jobs give attitude to parents and get annoyed with babies cry. How can this be alllowed !!!!!!!

I like the services here in Surrey Place and staff is really very helpful. Neat and clean atmosphere. 100% recommend

Ive been dealing w Surrey place for almost a year now and the lack of communication the staff have is outrageous. No organizational skills whatsoever and I think they do the bare minimum when it comes to actively helping my daughter. It just feels like constant paper pushing and waitlists. Also trying to get in contact with them via phone is difficult. And, if you do, you will likely get a new agent who doesn’t know your child’s file or information at all.
