I loved my experience, however the cost was a lot. If I didn't have insurance, I would not have been able to afford to get the help that I so desperately needed. Not sure if they have a plan for low-income people, but if they don't, they should consider one as it is very difficult to hang onto a job without proper diagnosis and treatment.

Excellent experience with the team at Possibilities. Everyone I met with was kind, affirming and helpful. The whole experience was validating and frankly life changing. The cost up front sounds intimidating but every penny was worth it for me. I'm working through my journey now with diagnosis, understanding and support. Highly recommend to adults who think they are struggling with ADHD and other mental health issues.

Before paying out of pocket, people should know that there are free, publicly funded ADHD diagnostic services in Toronto. I wish I had been told this earlier.
