Mixed review for the colposcopy clinic. The receptionist gave me wrong information twice. If you don’t know the answer, do not act like you do. Put me on hold and double check or ask someone and have them call me back. It’s irresponsible and leads to more stress. I am very disappointed with the way I was spoken to by the receptionist today. She called regarding my father missing his appointment and was immediately upset and aggressive in her tone. I explained that I had informed my father of the appointment, but he unfortunately did not see the message in time. While I was on the call, my father called me, and I informed the receptionist that I needed to briefly end the call to speak with him so I could confirm his availability before rescheduling. I cl

The staff were very friendly; as it was my first time there, they helped me find my way around quickly and directed me to the right place

The lab downstairs has such incredible staff. They are so kind and patient. I had multiple blood samples taken over 3 hours and watched the level of dumb they had to deal with and it was incredible. I think most of the poor reviews on this place are just dumb people coming to the wrong location or not listening for their number to be called. For the blood clinic — the nurses are so kind (5 stars) but the front desk staff are abrupt & unhelpful. It’s unfortunate that the front desk staff don’t match the excellence of the nurses. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star experience.
