I’ve been having such an amazing experience at Birch Rehab Health! The clinic is always so clean, welcoming, and friendly. I genuinely enjoy my visits, they feel more like hangouts because of how comfortable and cared for I feel. I’ve even grown close with the staff, which says a lot about the environment they create. Special shoutout to Sue for being so communicative, reassuring, and always so helpful. I truly appreciate everything you and the team do! :)

After my car accident they’ve been nothing but helpful getting me back on my feet. I’m extremely impressed with their customer service! From the first day they made me feel welcome even though I was really self conscious after my accident. They were patient and informative towards all of my questions and concerns and never failed to check in with me to see if there was anything I needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The care is excellent, and the atmosphere feels supportive from the moment you walk in. Manager Sue is always there—encouraging, hands‑on, and genuinely invested in every client’s progress. The receptionists are doing a really great job too: friendly, organized, and quick to help with scheduling or questions. I’ve felt respected and motivated throughout my program, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for real, recovery support.
