From the moment I walked in, every single professional I encountered — the receptionist, the nurses, the anaesthetist, and especially Dr. Ethan Grober — treated me with a level of compassion, patience, and professionalism that truly stood out. From the administration staff through to anesthesiology and to Dr Urbach's surgical team, everyone was professional and caring. I waited five weeks for an appointment at the hernia clinic, then six weeks for inguinal hernia repair surgery. That is pretty quick. At every step, I was given excellent information about what was happening and what to expect. I am very happy that WCH was there for me.

Really terrible experience. I had bad skin condition for years and I was referred to one of the Dermatologist. (Apparently the best in Toronto according to my family dr), I had more than 6 sessions. Not only I wasted my money on prescriptions and time, but I also did not get any single result. I ended getting results when I had visited another private dr that I paid for and got results.
