Listing Corrections
If you represent a treatment centre and notice an error in your listing — wrong phone number, outdated address, closed programme, incorrect services — please write to us with the centre name, the URL of the listing, and the specific correction. We review correction requests on a rolling basis.
Privacy Requests
To exercise rights you may have under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, or provincial equivalents), please write to us. Include enough information for us to verify your request. See our privacy policy for details.
What We Cannot Help With
We are not a clinical service. We cannot provide medical advice, make clinical referrals, arrange bed availability, confirm insurance coverage, or advocate on your behalf with a treatment centre. For those needs, please contact the centre directly or your provincial addiction services line.
Response times for non-urgent email are typically 2 to 5 business days.
