First, I want to recognize the triage staff and the nurse who attended me. They were very kind, attentive, and professional. They acknowledged my condition and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel supported at the beginning of my visit. However, my experience with Dr Ayow was difficult. He did not greet me when he entered the room and immediately asked what brought me in. When I tried to explain my symptoms, he told me to answer only what he asked. His tone felt rude and dismissiv

The staff were generally attentive and professional, and I really appreciated how well they handled the follow-up checks for both my wife and our newborn daughter they were thorough and reassuring. The world renowned Sick Kids hospital has been doing incredible work for children's health. Very large and well managed hospital. I took a child to emergency and didn't wait forever to be seen by the nurse but had to wait for the doc. Come on, health care is free in our beautiful country, so pack your patience. If I ever do stumble across a pot of gold, or a lotto win, I would donate to them as I noticed the washroom near emergency could use a modern renovation. Great bedside and patient centred

I loved my experience, however the cost was a lot. If I didn't have insurance, I would not have been able to afford to get the help that I so desperately needed. Not sure if they have a plan for low-income people, but if they don't, they should consider one as it is very difficult to hang onto a job without proper diagnosis and treatment.

Excellent experience with the team at Possibilities. Everyone I met with was kind, affirming and helpful. The whole experience was validating and frankly life changing. The cost up front sounds intimidating but every penny was worth it for me. I'm working through my journey now with diagnosis, understanding and support. Highly recommend to adults who think they are struggling with ADHD and other mental health issues.

Unfortunately, the quality of care has changed, and the clinic has gone downhill in recent years, largely due to its surrounding neighborhood. There is a drug program onsite, which has resulted in increased crime and individuals loitering around the clinic, creating an unsafe environment. It felt like going to therapy for 3 hours! I was skeptical about the course before but it really helped me change my perspective about myself. I find that (and many who took the course with me) adding self compassion to mindfulness can create such a positive shift. Overall, highly recommend. Note: The Centre for

There was no staff, just an empty room with some chairs and tables. I called but no-one picked up so I left a voicemail. Very disappointing.

Poor customer service and made to feel unwelcome by the lead pharmacist. I needed a B12 shot to be administered and I was happy to pay the fee. I was made to feel like I was asking for something out of the ordinary where other doctors and pharmacists have always been comfortable with this request. It would have been much easier if they had just said “no we don’t feel comfortable administering B12 shots” or something to that effect. If they focused on housing as much as they focused on recycling people back onto the street, I think there'd be more people actually moving forward. Some clients are favoured, and spend north of a year in their house, while others who follow the rules and truly do their best are cut off before they're really ready, psychologically or financially. They give up on you unexpectedly. Pretty disgusting, considering they get paid either way.

His new office space is great and Oliver is an excellent addition to the therapy experience. I cannot recommend Michael to enough people.

Eric has provided him with a safe and supportive space to open up and work through things in a really healthy way. My body was stretched in ways I didn’t know possible but done with such confidence, I never questioned. It was the best, most rewarding experience I have had with a specialist ever.
